Including croissant, roll, boiled egg, cheese, fruit juice & a piece of fruit (contents may vary).
As above with hot bacon roll, instead of cheese and egg.

Full English breakfast: 2 slices bacon, pork sausage, fried egg, piece of black and white pudding, beans, mushrooms, hash brown.

Bacon or sausage toasted muffin.

Vegetarian breakfast. Veggie sausage, two vegetarian fingers,fried egg,beans mushrooms, hash browns. 

Vegetarian sausage & egg muffin.

Mushroom or cheese omelette.

Scrambled egg on toast with optional smoked salmon.

Baked beans on toast.

Northumbrian craster kipper with scrambled eggs.

 Basket croissants and bread rolls.

Freshly brewed ground coffee.

Freshly brewed tea.

Toast. 

All dining room breakfasts are served with a selection of freshly made toast and a self-service buffet of fruit juices, fruit, cereal, jams, honey and marmalade.
